Custom dictionary categories were added.
You can use custom categories to define reusable definitions that can be used in other part of the system configuration (currently, you can use custom dictionaries when defining task actions)
- Use the following methods to manage custom categories: AddDictionaryCategory, UpdateDictionaryCategory, DeleteDictionaryCategory, GetCustomCategories
- Use the following methods to manage dictionary values (including values in already existing, predefined categories): AddDictionaryValue, UpdateDictionaryValue, DeleteDictionaryValue

Extended task actions configuration was added.
Task actions can now be extended to include custom data fields that will be displayed in the mobile application.
- Use the following methods to list definitions: GetTaskActionDefinitions, GetTaskActionDefinitionOrNull
- Use the following methods to manage definitions: AddTaskActionDefinition, UpdateTaskActionDefinition, DeleteTaskActionDefinition

AddressData.Comment and PhoneNumberData.Comment fields were added. These fields can be added to pass additional data about address and phone numbers to the mobile user.
