Automatic user to task assignment was added (assignation rules can be defined in the web panel).



To automatically assign a user to a new task set the AssignedUser field in the AddTask method data parameters to null value.
UpdateTask method called with null AssignedUser parameter will keep existing user assignation untouched.





- AssignedUser parameter in the AddTask and the UpdateTask methods is no longer required.

- Added AssignMobileUser method for automatic user to task assignemnt (can be called on pending tasks without assigned users)
