Started implementing Power Apps Logic Flow designer support, including:
   - Update to visibility enum to include "Important" visibility
   - Replacement of Trigger attribute concept (previously denoted polling vs. push, now denotes batch mode for polling triggers)
   - Add CallbackType attribute to define shape of notification data for async notification subscriptions (emits x-ms-notification-content swagger vendor extension)
   - Add CallbackUrl attribute to define which member of callback subscription should contain notification url (emits x-ms-notification-url swagger vendor extension)
   - Add DynamicSchemaLookup attribute to define an operation to call to lookup a JSON schema for a given parameter (emits x-ms-dynamic-schmea swagger vendor extension)
   - Add DynamicValueLookup attribute to define an operation to call to lookup possible values for a given parameter (emits x-ms-dynamic-values vendor extension)
   - ResponseTypeLookup attribute for async notification are temporarily marked internal only (pending product updates in Logic Apps designer and Swashbuckle library)
