- Improved logging, and changed logging to be toggleable in RecorderOptions with a property for selecting log severity.
     - Fixed error handling when losing access to video output due to locking screen or switching users.
     - Fixed a bug that caused the last cached frame to be recorded perpetually while access to video output is lost. Now a blank frame is recorded instead.
