Google.Cloud.Monitoring.V3 1.1.0-beta01

Recommended Google client library to access the Stackdriver Monitoring API, which manages your Stackdriver Monitoring data and configurations. Most projects must be associated with a Stackdriver account, with a few exceptions as noted on the individual method pages.

This is a prerelease version of Google.Cloud.Monitoring.V3.
