* Upgrades to .NET 4.5.1
     * BREAKING CHANGE: Async has been split into it's own interfaces in commands and queries.
     To not break anything just implement IQuery, ICachedQuery and IAsyncQuery or ICommand and IAsyncCommand.
     However a better approach is to have them split, a query or command should either be async or not - choose one instead of implementing both.
