+ Package version has been push up to 0.2.0 to reflect both Utilities and Utilities.Lite in the same development branch.
+ Welcome to version 0.2.0 this version is drastically improvement (and breaking things too!) read changes log below.
- Remove Exceptions as it only use just for one specific reason and not worth increasing the overall library size.
