- Remove all boilerplate generator out of Utilities and replace it with seperate console program for generator-related task instead. Result in significant file size reduce.
+ Add new module [DataReaderExtension] and [DataTableExtension].
+ Some class model has been renamed.
- Remove Diagnostics module.

+ Reimplement [ToLeadingUpper] by using Span<char> instead of string, result in significantly less heap allocation and quick execution speed gained.

[SQL]
+ Add ExecuteReader as DataTable.
+ Add extension method [GetSchemaOf<T>] for table schema reader.

[Data.Enumerable]
+ Reimplement [SubEnumerable] by using Span<T> instead of Copy the whole array via marshal, result in significantly less memory footprint on object allocation and very quick execution speed gained.

+ New method [GetColumns] which is return column name of given DbDataReader.
