- Refactor CSGL.Vulkan.Surface
 - Surface now depends on Instance instead of PhysicalDevice. Properties of the surface are queried with a PhysicalDevice passed as a parameter.
- Fixed a bug that prevented PipelineMultisampleStateCreateInfo::sampleMask from being passed to Vulkan
