This allows for custom icons to be assigned to individual content nodes in the Umbraco CMS. Part of the Umbraco 8 Starter Kit (U8SK).

Customize the appearance of your content nodes in Umbraco 10 by simple right clicking any content node in the tree and choosing "Set Icon".
