TinyPdf NuGet Package

TinyPdf is a self-contained PDF generation library targeting .NET 10. It exposes a single TinyPdfCreate.Builder API for drawing text, rectangles, lines, and embedding JPEG images, along with a convenience TinyPdfCreate.Markdown helper.
