10Duke .NET core library tests

These are the unit tests for the 10Duke .NET core library (Tenduke.Core).

Additionally this library provides some utilities that are used in testing the 10Duke produce SDKs for .NET, namely:

TestFixtureWithHttpClient

This is intended as a base class for test classes that use MockHttp.

The main purpose is to implement the disposable logic for the MockMessageHandler.

JwtTestHelper

This class has methods to build various JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) that are needed to test the handling of JWTs in the libraries.
