Sparkdo.Timing

Sparkdo.Timing 提供 UTC-first 默认时钟、系统时区解析和 TimeProvider adapter，并通过 Sparkdo package manifest 自动声明 TimingOptions 与默认服务。

默认 singleton 注册均使用 TryAdd：

  • TimeProvider → SystemTimeProvider
  • ITimeZoneProvider → SystemTimeZoneProvider
  • ICurrentTimeZoneProvider → OptionsCurrentTimeZoneProvider
  • IClock → SystemClock

应用继续调用 generated IHostBuilder.AddSparkdo()；本包不增加 AddSparkdoTiming() 运行时注册入口。完整用法和能力边界见仓库中的 src/timing/README.md。
