SemanticTypeModel.EFCore provides EF Core domain-model derivation and provider-neutral ModelBuilder projection from semantic models.

EF application modes

Closed CLR application is the default. ApplySemanticTypeModel is a convenience wrapper over derivation plus ApplyEfCoreSemanticModel; the latter consumes source lineage and suppression metadata from EfCoreSemanticModel. Use ApplyEfCoreSemanticModelAsSharedTypes only when explicitly choosing provider-neutral shared types. A lineage-free closed application reports EFCORE_SOURCE_LINEAGE_REQUIRED.
