GetCollection - Multi Value separated Input.

• .GetCharCollection() - Returns List<char> from comma or space separated input.
• .GetStringCollection() - Returns List<string> from comma or space separated input.
• .GetIntCollection() - Returns List<int> from comma or space separated input.
• .GetDoubleCollection() - Returns List<double> from comma or space separated input.
• .GetFloatCollection() - Returns List<float> from comma or space separated input.
