Onspay.Infrastructure.ModuleClient

Refit-based typed HTTP client registration for platform module-to-module calls (AddModuleClient<TApiInterface>). Automatically chains Onspay.AspNetCore's CorrelationIdDelegatingHandler/TenantIdDelegatingHandler so every outbound call carries X-Correlation-Id/X-Tenant-Id without the caller setting them by hand. Also provides ApiResponse<T>/ApiException to Result<T> unwrapping so Application-layer code never has to know whether data came from this module's own DB or another module's API.
