Newbe.McrMirror is a tool to make it faster to pull docker images which are hosted in MCR(miscrosoft Container Registry). e.g. [ASP.NET Core 2.1/3.1 Runtime](https://hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-dotnet-core-aspnet/), [.NET Core SDK](https://hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-dotnet-core-sdk/) and more.
Now, it is mainly for developers in China mainland.
