MegaForm for Umbraco

MegaForm is a cross-platform, schema-driven form builder. This package adds first-class Umbraco 17 LTS (Bellissima) support with a native backoffice section, property editor, content app, and public render components.

Umbraco 17 LTS (Umbraco.Cms.Web.Common 17.6.1 or later)

Quick start

Install the NuGet package in your Umbraco website project:

The package registers itself automatically via MegaFormComposer.

Use the MegaForm property editor on a Document Type, or render a form in a view:

Open the MegaForm section in the Umbraco backoffice to design forms and view submissions.

Local demo

A ready-to-run demo host is included in MegaForm.Umbraco.Host.

Run with the provided script

On first run the host automatically creates three sample forms if MF_Forms is empty.

Trial and licensing

MegaForm for Umbraco installs as a fully functional trial by default:

Up to 10 forms
Up to 25 submissions per form
Premium AI features are locked until licensed

To unlock production limits, place a license file in the site root or inside App_Plugins/MegaForm/:

license.lic containing the text production (classic channel)
megaform-license.json binding the install to a licensed domain (domain-based channel)

Local development (localhost, *.local, 127.0.0.1) is treated as production automatically. For pricing and license keys, contact the MegaForm team or visit the project URL.

Marketplace

This package is published on the official Umbraco Marketplace as a Trial/Commercial package. It ships with umbraco-marketplace.json and is tagged umbraco-marketplace.
