Minor changes to Tokenizer and Lexer

Remove Next, PeekNext, Skip, SkipWhile, and TakeWhile from both classes
in favor of using EnumerabieNavigator and EnumerableIterator

Replace Tokenizer and Lexer IEnumerable implementation with a basic loop
Add missing methods to EnumerableIterator (Skip, SkipWhile, etc)
