在页面添加任务添加队列验证，去除显式的队列传入，改为从服务器获取检查，无需在startup单独传入队列名称

增加IsRetry参数，添加编辑任务时可以选择是否重试，在一些任务中无需重试可以使用此设置。

重试的次数是3次，3次时间分别为 20 s ,30 s , 60 s

将任务面板中显示的任务名称栏，改为参数展示，参数为：任务名称，队列名称，是否重试

注意升级此版本会破坏之前的已存在任务，需要手动修改，增加新的参数进去，或者重新添加任务。
