- Route objects now have a MutationObserver to track added/removed children, so Initializd(), Activated() and Deactivated() can be appropriately invoked.
- Implemented [FromQuery] and Application.Router.Query
- Preactivate() can no longer crash.
- [FromQuery] and [FromRoute] now support nullables.
- Fixed a bug where Deactivated() gets invoked at the start of the program.
- Optimized route changing.
