Release Notes

Fixed a bug in multi-core SSE .Sum() of long[] and ulong[]. Added multi-core standard deviation of ulong[] and long[], which also uses SSE data parallel instructions on each core, while avoiding arithmetic overflow exceptions during the two summations in the formula.
