Fixed two problems with the ExpressionEvaluator short-circuit code:
1. Variables were not being resolved, so 'true && true' worked, but 'SomeBool && true' raised an InvalidCastException.
2. When short-circuit activated, the evaluator neglected to pop the operand that caused the short-circuit.
