FsCgp

FsCgp is a reproducible Cartesian Genetic Programming library for F# on .NET 10.

Version 4 introduces deterministic random streams, validated compiled specifications, configurable mutation and crossover operators, dropout dataset policies, and JSON genome/checkpoint persistence.
