Deletes the bin and obj folders in a VS solution.

Windows & MacOS
- Run
dotnet tool install --global DeleteBinObj --version 1.0.0
in a terminal. - Go into a VS project (where the .sln is).
- Run
deletebinobj
and enter the appropriate command. - Bam! Your pesky binaries are gone.
