Security release. Contains a breaking change to the signed payload.

- Malformed Authorization headers now return 401 instead of escaping as an unhandled exception,
 and an unknown key ID is rejected identically to an invalid signature, removing a key-ID
 enumeration oracle.
- Inherits the whole-body content hash from Decos.Http.Signatures 2.0.0.
 BREAKING: for bodies larger than 8192 bytes, signatures produced by 1.x do not validate against
 2.x and vice versa. Signers and validators must be upgraded together.
