DatabaseUtil

Has a bunch of useful utilities to make working with databases easier. Works best when used with the source generator, DatabaseUtil.SourceGenerator.

- ISqlConverter added to convert between Database and .net values.
- IDbParamsApplicator added to apply an object to an IDbCommand or DbCommand as parameters. IDbParams will be removed, eventually. This is so it will be easier to use ISqlConverters.
- Fixed extension method ExecuteNonQuery for IDbConection accepting DbTransaction instead of IDbTransaction
