Update AsyncValidationAttribute to make its usage more similar to ValidationAttribute.
     Make protected abstract IsValidAsync(object?, ValidationContext, CancellationToken) to protected virtual method.
     Add public virtual method IsValidAsync(object?, CancellationToken).
     Change all return type to ValueTask.
