- BSModal now uses a new Show/Hide style. --- Fixes modal getting stuck in odd states.
- BSOffCanvas now uses the same new Show/Hide style

- BSModal now has HideOnSubmit and HideOnValidSubmit parameters. When true BSForm will auto-hide the Modal.
