AMLOcl AutomationML Editor Plugin
The Object Constraint Language (OCL) is an optional component of the Unified Modelling Language (UML) and is used to express constraints on UML models. The most common applications of OCL are model well-formedness checking with the expression of invariants, preconditions and postconditions, allowing the modeler to define precise constraints on the behavior of a model.
The data exchange format AutomationML is a neutral, free, and XML-based data format. It has been developed in order to support the data exchange between engineering tools in a heterogeneous engineering tool landscape.
This Plugin supports the definition of OCL invariant expressions and their assignment to classes in an AutomationML model as well as the evaluation of the well formedness of an AutomationML model according to the defined OCL constraints. The Plugin has to be used with the AutomationML editor, which is provided by AutomationML as a tool to visualize and edit AutomationML models. This plugin can be used with the latest release version.
