uTPro Audit Log Viewer — End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity, "You") and T4VN ("Licensor") for the
uTPro software package identified above, including its compiled assemblies,
static web assets, and accompanying files distributed through NuGet and/or the
Umbraco Marketplace (the "Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by this
Agreement. If You do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   Subject to Your continued compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants You
   a free-of-charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable
   license to install and use the Software, in unmodified form, in Your own
   Umbraco websites and applications — including those operated for commercial
   purposes — on an unlimited number of sites.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   (a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, republish, or otherwise make
       the Software available to any third party as a standalone file or package;
   (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
   (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or otherwise
       attempt to derive its source code, except and only to the extent that
       applicable law expressly permits this despite this limitation;
   (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary
       notice contained in the Software; or
   (e) use the Software to build or assist in building a competing product.

   For clarity: deploying and distributing the Software as an unmodified
   dependency of Your own website or application (for example, as part of Your
   published Umbraco site) is permitted and is not treated as prohibited
   redistribution under Section 2(a).

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its suppliers retain all
   right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual
   property rights therein. No rights are granted to You except as expressly set
   out in this Agreement.

4. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR
   BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
   CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
   SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically and
   immediately if You breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease
   all use of the Software and remove all copies in Your possession or control.
   Sections 3, 4, and 5 survive termination.
