.NET library created for facilitating various pre-operational functional tests such as pinging a particular IP Address and then checking the result (test results are 'Pass' or 'Fail'). Other tests: Check to see if a database exists by checking the ability to connect and disconnect, check to see if a WebAPI exists based upon a 'Get' method result, check to see if an XML Web Service exists based upon a wsdl download, and check field value lengths based upon StringLength attribute settings. With this library, developers can check test results and logs/messages before doing any operations that need certain resources to be available and reachable in order to complete successfully.
