Plug-and-play Blazor Server component for ZTSL audio + scrolling-lyric playback.

Where data is a byte[] of .ztsl content (load from disk, blob storage, HTTP, etc.). The component owns decoding, WAV serving with HTTP range support, and lyric sync.
