当前包内包含UDP KCP TCP SafeUDP Broadcast等多种实现,调用对应的Manager创建管理器,然后创建对应的节点即可,除了UDP和TCP类型外,其余类型都需要调用Connet进行链接,TCP则需要根据创建的类型来选择调用Connect或者是Listen 调用Manager对象的CloseAll方法来关闭所有该对象创建的节点
