Additional Details

Due to the advances with Visual Studio and to make coding easier, all of the Tungsten projects have been re-integrated into a single project (and NuGet package).  Also removed support for .Net Framework 2.0 and 3.5.

dotnet add package Tungsten.Encryption --version 2.0.2
NuGet\Install-Package Tungsten.Encryption -Version 2.0.2
This command is intended to be used within the Package Manager Console in Visual Studio, as it uses the NuGet module's version of Install-Package.
<PackageReference Include="Tungsten.Encryption" Version="2.0.2" />
For projects that support PackageReference, copy this XML node into the project file to reference the package.
paket add Tungsten.Encryption --version 2.0.2
#r "nuget: Tungsten.Encryption, 2.0.2"
#r directive can be used in F# Interactive and Polyglot Notebooks. Copy this into the interactive tool or source code of the script to reference the package.

Tungsten.Net

Tungsten.Net makes it easy to add tcp sockets to your application. Client and server classes are provided, with and without assymetric encryption. Note that the secure classes always use RSA for encryption; no symmetric session key is exchanged. For larger data sets, this can make the secure classes noticably slower and will use more CPU time.

Tungsten.Suite

Tungsten.Suite is a nuspec only package. It aggregates the most Tungsten packages available for each framework into one package.

Had to remove the Encrypt(string) and Decrypt(string) methods from both RSA and RSAMethods.  The conversion to strings before and after encryption and decryption was corrupting the data and causing Decrypt to fail.  By encrypting and decrypting only byte arrays, the conversion issue is moved out of Tungsten.  And this simplified the code as well.
