Tagua.Shaping.HarfBuzz

OpenType text shaping for Tagua reports with HarfBuzz: Arabic joining, Indic reordering and conjuncts, mark positioning, ligatures and kerning, following each font's GSUB and GPOS tables. With it, Arabic text is also justified with kashidas. Native HarfBuzz libraries for Windows, macOS and Linux (x64 and Arm64) come with HarfBuzzSharp.
