TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

"Software" means the Stilo source code, binaries, assets, and all
associated documentation files.
"Commercial Use" means any use intended for or directed toward commercial
advantage or monetary compensation, including but not limited to:
- Integration into a commercial product or SaaS offering
- Use by or on behalf of a for-profit entity
- Use in a product or service sold to third parties
"Authorized User" means an individual or entity that has received explicit
written authorization for Commercial Use directly from the Author.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE — NON-COMMERCIAL
Subject to the terms of this License, the Author grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
- View, study, and evaluate the Software for personal or educational purposes
- Use the Software in non-commercial, open-source projects that carry this
same License
3. COMMERCIAL USE — STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
Commercial Use of this Software, in whole or in part, in any form, is
STRICTLY PROHIBITED without prior explicit written authorization from the
Author.

Unauthorized Commercial Use constitutes copyright infringement and may
result in civil and/or criminal liability.
4. RESTRICTIONS
Without explicit written authorization from the Author you may NOT:
a. Use the Software, or any derivative work, for Commercial Use.
b. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the
Software or any portion thereof.
c. Distribute modified or unmodified copies of the Software publicly
or privately to third parties.
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, license text, author
attribution, or proprietary legend in the Software.
e. Use the name "Stilo", associated logos, trademarks, or branding for
any purpose without written permission from the Author.
f. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the compiled Software
beyond what is expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. CONTRIBUTIONS
Any contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in this Software
shall be governed by this License, and the contributor hereby assigns
all copyright in such contribution to Francesco Paolo Passaro.
6. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK
AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING
LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT
OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE,
EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
8. TERMINATION
This License terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any
of its terms. Upon termination you must immediately cease all use and
destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Italy.
