Sparkdo.DistributedLocking.Redis

基于 Sparkdo.Redis 共享连接和 DistributedLock.Redis 的 Redis 分布式锁提供程序。

引用本包后，package manifest 会用 RedisDistributedLock 替换默认的 IDistributedLock。应用继续使用 IDistributedLock 契约，只需配置 SparkdoRedisOptions.Configuration。
