ASP.NET Core 短信验证码库，核心类如下：

ISmsService：短信发送服务接口，约定验证码发送接口。
Mb345Service：凌凯短信服务
SmsException：短信发送异常，包含短信发生失败的原因。

凌凯短信服务

必须在配置项中添加以下内容：
