MAUI record-slice chrome for Novolis.IO.Ndjson.

NdjsonSliceView presents the loaded slice as a virtualized, horizontally scrollable log table: each JSON object is a row, stable top-level fields become columns, and nested values remain compact until the row is expanded. It owns bounded navigation, malformed-record display, expand, copy, and incremental refresh. The host owns file picking, Windows associations, Android content-URI materialization, and document lifetime.
