Novolis.IO.Workspace

Root-scoped file workspace capability: IFileProvider for reads plus explicit write/delete/move helpers (Microsoft.Extensions.FileProviders has no write API on IFileInfo). It extends the typed directory-root contract from Novolis.IO.Workspace.Abstractions.
