Package was built out of the sources (master branch) with the added plumbing for Testeroids' feature of only counting the calls to mocked methods performed after the "ACT" phase of AAA. Hopefully, this package will become obsolete when the pending pull-requests will be accepted by moq's Daniel Cazzulino. (https://github.com/Moq/moq4/pull/37)
