Humble Forms for Umbraco

Humble.Umbraco.Forms is a native Umbraco form builder. It uses Umbraco element types and property editors for form definitions instead of introducing a parallel content-model system.

The package currently targets Umbraco 17 and 18 as part of the Humble Starter Kit for Umbraco. Its backoffice client is delivered as a static web asset under App_Plugins/HumbleUmbracoForms.

Optional Umbraco Automate integration

Install Humble.Umbraco.Forms for forms; Umbraco Automate is not required. If you also use Umbraco Automate, install Humble Forms Automations (Humble.Umbraco.Forms.Automations) to add the Form Submitted trigger under the Humble group.

The optional companion requires Humble.Umbraco.Forms and Umbraco.Automate: any 17.x release from 17.1 for the Umbraco 17 build ([17.1.0,18.0.0)), or any 18.x release from 18.1 for the Umbraco 18 build ([18.1.0,19.0.0)). Choose the companion version matching your Forms version and Umbraco major.

The companion carries the same licence as Forms, with no separate purchase or entitlement. It is installed separately and is not part of the Humble.Umbraco suite meta-package.

Client development

Install and build the client from the project directory:

cd Client
npm install
npm run build

Use npm run watch while developing against a website that references the Razor class library.
