HtmlForgeX.ChartForgeX.Stories

HtmlForgeX.ChartForgeX.Stories embeds resolved ChartForgeX visual stories in HtmlForgeX documents. It provides responsive animation, completed PNG posters and an optional text transcript, using the base adapter's frames, viewport constraints and document asset registration.

using HtmlForgeX;
using ChartForgeX.Stories;

using var document = new Document();
document.Body.ChartForgeXStory(story, settings => settings
    .AnimatedSvg("release-demo")
    .Transcript(ChartForgeXStoryTranscript.Collapsible)
    .Frame()
    .AccessibleLabel("Build and publish walkthrough")
    .End());

The default is responsive, script-free animated SVG with a collapsed transcript. Reduced-motion and print styles expose the completed scene immediately. CompletedPng() embeds the deterministic completed image for a constrained host, while HtmlFragment() uses the owning story renderer's fragment. HtmlForgeX hosts an already resolved story; it does not execute showcased code.

On compact screens the story stays readable inside a contained scrolling viewport that accepts keyboard focus. Printing removes that screen minimum and fits the completed scene to the page. For a completed story that follows the document's light and dark tokens, pass a context-built story.ToVisualArtifact(...) to the base ChartForgeXArtifact host, as shown in the integration example.

The package depends on HtmlForgeX.ChartForgeX and ChartForgeX.Stories 2.0.0. Visual grids and canvases use the independent HtmlForgeX.ChartForgeX.Visuals package. All document components and settings remain in the HtmlForgeX namespace. Rebuild callers after adding this peer; explicit static extension calls use ChartForgeXStoryElementExtensions.
