Guidelines to distinguish Non-commercial and Commercial Use

You may only use the licensed product and materials under the terms of a relevant license agreement.
The license agreement which applies to you depends on your use of the Software and the Materials, which can be
summarised as follows:

You are free to use the licensed product for non-commercial purposes.
Non-commercial use is subject to the terms of our Henooh Non-Commercial License Agreement.

    Any use of the licensed product for a commercial purpose is subject to and requires a special license.
    If you intend to use the licensed product for a commercial purpose, please contact
    henooh@outlook.com to arrange a License and Collaboration Agreement with us.

    Whether a particular use of the licensed product is "non-commercial" depends on the use, not the user, and to
    assist, we have set out the notes below:

    Non-commercial Use: If you are using the licensed product that is primarily intended for or
		directed towards academic study, teaching, evaluating the product, without intending to seek
		any commercial advantage or financial gain.
        
	Commercial Use: If you are using the licensed product that is primarily intended for or
        directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
        
Henooh Non-Commercial License Agreement

	At Henooh (Name of the Company), we develop and support the licensed product in Sahuarita, Arizona, USA.
    We operate Henooh (and publish its related resources and documents) through the website at www.henooh.com
    
	The terms of this License form a binding agreement between you, an individual user or non-commercial
    organization ("you" or "your"), and us regarding your non-commercial use of licensed product.
    By downloading, accessing or otherwise using the licensed product, you indicate your agreement to be
    bound by these License terms.
    
	Please note that this license is intended for non-commercial use of the licensed product only.
    If you intend to use products from Henooh for a commercial purpose, please contact Henooh@outlook.com
    to arrange a collaboration agreement with us based on our commercial license terms.
    
Non-commercial License Terms

    The Henooh products, web services and various copyright materials, graphics and resources made available
    are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable and royalty-free license
    under which you are free to use provided that you only do so for non-commercial purposes (without charging
    a fee to any third party) and provided that you attribute the work to us by (at least) mentioning
    our name, including an appropriate copyright notice and providing a link to our website located at
    www.henooh.com

    The Software (and all related materials and resources) are licensed to you without any warranty, and on
    an as is basis including without limitation the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
    particular purpose. We accept no liability for your use of the Software (save to the extent such
    liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law).
    
	You may install on multiple devices in multiple locations provided that you always use the Software
    for non-commercial purposes and otherwise in accordance with these License terms.

    This License is personal to you and you must not assign it to a third party or permit any third party to
    benefit from it without our prior written consent.

    If any of the provisions of this License are held to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable
    statute or rule of law, it is that extent to be deemed omitted from the License. Such an omission
    will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the License, which will remain
    in full force and effect.

Henooh License FAQ
	Who can use Henooh free of charge?
        Henooh and our web services are made available free of charge for non-commercial users.
    
	I politely ask commercial users to pay a modest fee, which helps us to continually improve Henooh and
    keep it free for non-commercial users. More importantly, I want to provide services and improvements
    tailored to commercial users who supports our development and help us grow.

    Why are your projects not open source?
        As an individual, I do not have resources in enforcing commonly adapted open source licenses,
        in cases where there is a license violation. In a bigger picture, I would like to provide
        high quality service with Henooh products.
