1. 将单次采集干涉信号接口的采集超时时间单位修改为秒，同时默认值修改为180；
2. 将漫反射样品采集接口的采集时长默认值修改为38、移除采集信号数量拆分为移除采集信号数量（左半部分）和移除采集信号数量（右半部分）；
3. 漫反射样品采集接口增加移除采集信号数量（头部）参数以及相关业务功能；
4. 漫反射样品采集接口在启动信号采集之前增加等待500毫秒（等待设备采集就绪）操作功能；
