Endatix-agnostic transactional-outbox relay engine: the claim-publish-mark loop, its contracts (IOutboxMessage, IOutboxClaimStore, IIntegrationEventPublisher), and an OpenFeature-gated on/off switch. Consumed both in-process (the Endatix API) and by a standalone relay worker.
