ConfigurationHub Client

The ConfiguratinHub client library can be used to connect a client or application with a ConfigurationHub on the network. The ConfigurationHub provides a configuration for the client or app at startup, and also sends update events as soon as the configuration for that application has changed on the server. The client then reloads the configuration and updates its internal configuration store.
