TAIGER SDK License Agreement

1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"), Taiger ("Licensor") 
grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the SDK 
(the "Software") solely for developing, testing, and distributing your own applications.

2. Restrictions
You may not Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, 
except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer any portion 
of the Software to any third party without Licensor’s prior written consent.
Use the Software to create malicious, deceptive, or harmful applications.

3. Data Collection and Usage
The Software may collect certain data related to your usage of the Software. 
This data is collected anonymously and may include, but is not limited to, 
usage statistics, performance metrics, and error reports (the "Collected Data"). 
The Collected Data will be used by Licensor to improve the Software, 
develop new features, and for other analytical purposes.

Anonymity Assurance: All Collected Data is anonymized and cannot be linked 
to any specific person, company, or organization. Licensor ensures that no identifiable 
information is stored or processed in a way that 
can be traced back to you or your company.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all 
intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. 
This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Software.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement 
at any time if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, 
you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, 
including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, 
fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. 
Licensor makes no warranty that the Software will meet your requirements 
or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, 
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out 
of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been 
advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with 
the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between 
you and Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior 
or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
