APIPOSTURE PRO - PROPRIETARY LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and payment of applicable
license fees, ApiPosture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the ApiPosture Pro software ("Software") in accordance with the
license tier you have purchased.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software
- Use the Software to create a competing product
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Share your license key with unauthorized users
- Exceed the number of seats specified in your license

3. LICENSE TIERS

Pro License:
- Advanced OWASP security rules (AP101-AP108)
- Secrets detection scanning (AP201+)
- Diff mode for comparing scan results
- Historical tracking with SQLite storage
- Risk scoring analysis
- Commercial use permitted
- Standard support included

Enterprise License:
- All Pro features
- Priority support
- Custom rule development
- On-premise deployment options
- Unlimited seats (site license)

4. OWNERSHIP

The Software is protected by copyright laws. ApiPosture retains all intellectual
property rights in the Software. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to
trademarks or service marks of ApiPosture.

5. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Licensed users receive access to software updates and technical support according
to their license tier. Support is provided via email at support@apiposture.com.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL APIPOSTURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS
AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if
you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement or if your subscription expires
without renewal. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the jurisdiction in which ApiPosture is incorporated, without regard to its
conflict of laws principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ApiPosture
regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
